The Institute of Management Studies, Ranchi, Jharkhand, is dedicated to maintaining equality and transparency in all aspects of its activities, including the cancellation and refunding procedures. This policy summarizes the rules and processes that apply to all students who have enrolled in different programs at IMS regarding fee refunds and enrollment cancellations.
Cancellation by Student: The student who is willing to cancel their admission has to submit a written application or written request to the admissions office. It should be noted that the date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered for the processing of refunds.
Cancellation by University: IMS has the right to cancel the student’s admission based on false documentation, failure to meet academic and financial obligations, and misconduct.
The Online Application Form Fee is non-refundable. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim at the Admission Office of the Institute of Management Studies, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
If your application fee is deducted for some reason and the college does not receive it, then your money will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
